Terms and Conditions
By using Sulola, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility : You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
Product Information : We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or size may occur due to photography, screen settings, or handcrafted characteristics.
Pricing : Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the market variations. Taxes, shipping charges, and applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.
Order Acceptance : Sulola reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or violations of Sulola's Terms.
Intellectual Property : All content, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and website design, is the exclusive property of Sulola and shall not be copied or reproduced in any form without prior written permission, failing which the violators shall be held liable for appropriate civil and criminal legal actions.
Limitation of Liability : To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sulola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance on our website, products, or services, even if Sulola has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Sulola's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website, products, or services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the orders are shipped, cancellation is not available.
Sulola reserves the right to cancel any orders due to pricing or typographical errors, stock issues, payment verification failure, fraud concerns or legal compliance. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank timelines.
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days for ready items, 10-15 days for specially designed/ customised items and delivered within 3–10 business days after it is processed, depending on the delivery location.
Estimated delivery:
- Udupi/Manipal/Mangalore : within 24 hours
- Metro Cities : within 2–7 business days;
- Other locations : within 3–10 business days.
Note: These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Sulola is not liable for the delays caused by courier partners, government restrictions, strikes, force majeure events or incorrect customer details. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address.
Return Policy
For the purpose of hygiene, quality assurance and product integrity, all sales are final.
Return is only permitted where the wrong item was delivered, transit damage or a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Claims must be made within 48 hours with a compulsory 360 degree clear and continuous unedited/uncut/unpaused unboxing video showcasing the entire package from all the sides before unpacking as well as the whole product. Returned products must be compulsorily unused and include original packaging, tags, accessories, invoices and certificates.
Sulola reserves the right to inspect all returned items and reserves the right to reject any return that does not satisfy any of the aforesaid conditions.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, minor colour variations due to screen settings, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, tarnishing due to environmental conditions or damage due to customer negligence.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges is only permitted where the wrong item was delivered, transit damage or a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Claims must be made within 48 hours with a compulsory 360 degree clear and continuous unedited/uncut/unpaused unboxing video showcasing the entire package from all the sides before unpacking as well as the whole product. Returned products for exchange must be compulsorily unused and include original packaging, tags, accessories, invoices and certificates.
Customized, engraved, altered, discounted, clearance or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
Sulola reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving the exchange and the right to reject any exchange that does not satisfy any of the aforesaid conditions
